Assistant Leasing Manager (FTC Maternity Cover) - Finsbury Circus House, London

Purpose of the Role
To deliver a high quality management service, for the benefit of Savills clients and residents. Working on a large Build to Rent portfolio, the successful candidate will assist in overseeing the leasing and renewals operation, working predominantly on the leasing strategy for stabilized sites and producing accurate client reports demonstrating performance and asset management initiatives as required.
They will have previous experience of working in the BTR or lettings industry and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, customers, clients and Savills’ colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Portfolio Leasing Manager with the leasing strategy for all 15 assets in the BtR portfolio. Minimum 2 x site visits per week and one day in the office (Nearest tube is Liverpool Street )
- Assisting with letting and management issues
- Compilation of weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and monitoring of asset performance
- Monitoring each assets Rightmove presence and making changes where necessary.
- Presenting ideas to the Portfolio Leasing Manager to improve portal presence and lead generation.
- Liaising with on site teams on a bi weekly basis to monitor and support the leasing at each site.
- Liaising with Savills Corporate, Relocation Agents and Third Party Agents.
- Monitoring the voids across the portfolio and working with the Portfolio Leasing Manager to build and accurate picture and deliver strategy to the Client.
- Recognising trends, and predicting future movement based on market conditions, outside factors and churn.
- Producing reports to highlight the above
- Collating quarterly rental value analysis and highlighting concerns or inconsistencies.
- Periodic pricing reviews across the sites with the Portfolio Leasing Manager.
- Hosting meetings with Site Teams, General Managers and Senior Portfolio Managers to discuss leasing and planned strategy.
- Ensuring compliance is maintained (legal and H&S)

- Previous experience working in a lettings environment is key
- Proven track record of hitting performance targets and generating new business

Working Hours - FTC Maternity Leave Cover. Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary - £50K + Discretionary bonus
