Purpose of the Role

At Eldon Square our Environmental Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the environmental services team. Working closely with the department’s current Team Leaders and Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring good timekeeping for the team and yourself
• Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard
• Ensuring the team are in full uniform, including PPE where necessary
• Leading by example
• Keeping morale high and motivating the team
• Addressing poor performance, timekeeping and attendance
• Praising good performance and offering feedback
• Where necessary, adjusting Timegate and Cascade systems

• IT Skills

Working Hours - Rolling 4 days on, 2 days off rota alternating between early shift (07:00-15:30) then late shift (13:30-22.00) 

Salary - £28,500
