Purpose of the Role

Security Officers at Ocean Terminal are expected to deliver a high level of Security. Customer Service to all our customers. Security officers will assist in the day-to -day running of the centre. Regular patrols both internally and externally. Handling any customer enquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

·        Monitor on-site safety and security.

·        Record and report all incidents

·        Respond to all reasonable requests from tenants including requests for assistance.

·        Control and supervision of contractors.

·        CCTV monitoring.

·        Answer emails & telephones.

·        Approving Permits.

·        The above list is not an exclusive list you may be asked to do other tasks delegated by Management

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

·        Valid SIA door supervisor licence.

·        Valid CCTV Preferable but not essential as training will be given.

·        Good Communication verbal and written. Respectful and empathic.

·        Customer service.

Working Hours - 40 hours per week 4 days from 7

Salary - £12.71 per hour
