We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to support the safe and efficient operation of the Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with team leader or supervisor experience who is looking to develop further within the industry.
We are committed to investing in our people. If you are at team leader/supervisor level but are relatively new to the industry, or currently hold a Security Guarding Licence, we can support your progression by funding and upskilling you to obtain your Door Supervisor and CCTV licences. We pride ourselves on training to a high standard and developing future leaders within our operation.
Purpose of the Role
o To provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and contractors.
o To deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
o To lead and coordinate the Duty Assistant team.
o To support the Duty Manager and act on their behalf in their absence.
o To manage and complete team deployment in line with the Duty Manager’s strategy plan.
o To carry out tasks as directed by the Duty Manager and Centre Management Team.
o To ensure full compliance with the Centre’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.
o To support the Centre’s operations in line with company processes and standards.
o To act as a first point of contact for site incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Duty Manager and Centre Management Team.
Comply with individual responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, in line with company policy and site procedures.
Ensure all incidents and Health & Safety matters are accurately recorded and logged.
Monitor contractor compliance with site Health & Safety and contractor management procedures.
Identify and report Health & Safety concerns to Centre Management and take appropriate action.
Ensure visitors and contractors adhere fully to site procedures.
Follow and manage lost property procedures.
Attend and manage site incidents effectively and professionally.
Maintain clear radio communication with colleagues and the Operations Centre.
Complete accurate and timely report writing.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a visible, supportive presence within the Centre.
Flexibility to work during peak periods, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
· Proactive and self-motivated approach.
· Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving ability with clear reporting and escalation.
· Confident decision-making skills.
· Previous supervisory or team leader experience desirable.

Working Hours - Full time working hours, 36 hours per week, fully flexible, shift time pattern is 15:00 – 00:00 - 4 on 4 off rota.
Salary - The current rate is £13.34 per hour – the hourly rate will increase in April 2026.
