Purpose of the Role

To help keep Victoria Centre clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors by delivering high standards of cleaning and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard, following set procedures.

• Wear the company uniform and maintain a neat appearance at all times.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines while working.

• Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues when possible.

• Be friendly and helpful to the public—offering assistance when needed (e.g. lost children, unwell visitors).

• Report any customer feedback or suggestions to help improve the Centre.

• Complete any additional tasks as directed by team leaders or managers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Experience using cleaning machines is helpful, but training can be provided.

• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.

• Attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Good communication skills.

Working Hours - 13:30 – 22:00 – 6 week rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays

Salary - £26,440
