Purpose of the Role

To ensure the cctv of the centre is actively monitored the centre is kept in a clean and safe manner which will include monitoring of alarms, ventilation systems and timely answering of the telephones and radio.

Key Responsibilities

· CCTV Monitoring

· Monitoring of intruder alarms and shopalert systems

· Dealing with permits/ contractors

· Carrying out first aid if required

· Monitoring of fire alarm

· Check Calls to NOC / staff

· Communicate with staff and public in a professional manner over the phone / radio

· Complete statutory checks as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

· Must have experience of working in a control room

· Must hold SIA CCTV and Manned Guarding Badges

Working Hours - 48 hours per week 5 days out of 7

Salary - £13.36 per hour
