Lunch Cover Receptionist Part-time 20hrs - London, Various Sites, Zones 1-4
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated lunch break cover across multiple Front of House locations within the Savills portfolio.
As a member of the Specialist Mobile Support Cover Team, you will be responsible for travelling between approximately 2-3 properties per day, providing seamless reception cover during designated lunch periods while maintaining exceptional service standards across all assigned locations.
You will typically be assigned a designated route of properties, which will form your primary working pattern to support consistency and familiarity across your allocated portfolio. However, routes and site allocations may be adjusted from time to time in line with business requirements, operational demands, or service changes.
This role requires a highly adaptable, efficient, and dependable individual who can transition quickly between sites, absorb varying site procedures, and maintain professionalism and service consistency in multiple environments throughout the day.
Due to the fast-paced and mobile nature of the position, successful candidates must demonstrate excellent time management, flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Movement between locations is a core requirement of the role, and candidates must be comfortable travelling regularly across London Zones 1–4.
As this is a specialist mobile support function, the Lunch Cover Receptionist will gain exposure to a broad range of properties, occupiers, teams, and service standards, developing into a highly versatile Front of House professional.
