Data Performance Manager - Kings Cross Estate, London

Purpose of the Role

Support the Lead IT Digital and Innovation Manager by leading data performance and coordinating stakeholders.
Be the data performance leaded and central point of coordination between customers, building managements, engineers and central teams.
Ensure excellent relationships and world-class customer service levels are always achieved.
Interpreting performance data, resolving issues through collaboration, support users and improving service outcomes.
Have a strong emphasis on data analysis, customer support and communication and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· You are an ambassador for King’s Cross and as such you will actively promote recognition for the team, King’s Cross, and the wider business through your exemplary behaviour and standards.
· You will drive the KCES vision and King’s Cross values, ensuring they are fully integrated into all aspects of service delivery.
· Define and maintain data standards, definitions, and governance frameworks.
· Own data quality, validation, and assurance processes.
· Manage and present reporting of data and dashboards for operational and strategic KPIs.
· Identify opportunities for automation, system optimisation, and efficiency.
· Provide insight and analysis to support decision-making and forecasting.
· Support ESG, compliance, and performance reporting requirements
· Gather and analyse various systems (energy, compliance, CAFM, BMS, EMS, Curosicity, Vantify, etc) data to identify trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies across landlord and customer systems.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of building performance data.
· Support client reporting and compliance requirements.
· Translate datasets into actionable insights for building teams and customers.
· Establish baselines, monitor seasonal and operational variances, and produce reports for management and customers.
· Serve as the key interface between customers and building management, ensuring effective communication of performance, operational issues, and utility usage.
· Collaborate with Property Managers and engineering teams to identify trends, anomalies and inefficiencies in operations.
· Investigate variances and disputes, providing evidence-based explanations.
· Maintain and report on internal business reporting platform performance.
· Collaborate with service partner teams to ensure accurate data is provided externally.
· Deliver informal and structured training sessions to Engineering teams and Property teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
· Good understanding of commercial property management.
· Demonstrable experience in customer service
· Some experience of contract and contractor management.
· Experience analysing building, energy, or facilities performance data.
· Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar).
· Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) or smart building technologies.
· Ability to interpret technical and operational datasets.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Hours - 09:00 – 17:30 – core hours
Salary - Up to £60,000
