Community & Partnerships Lead - TBC.London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person.
- Responsible for driving revenue (booking of UVH and other commercialisation opportunities)
- Source and build partnerships with local businesses and groups
- Social media management with a clear strategy to showcase the venue as a community hub
- Monthly/quarterly report on revenue and bookings, with new and future opportunities given
- Overseeing events planned at UVH and Clubroom & Terrace
- Work with local organisations to bring community & industry events to TBC.London
- Assistance with launch & marketing events
- Booking and assistance/point of contact for occupier-owned events in UVH and Clubroom
- Booking and assistance for commercial events in the UVH
- Management and activation of the Clubroom & Terrace
- App management - planning monthly campaigns with regular events, polls, news and interactions; drafting and uploading regular content to the app, from tenant deals and events to planned maintenance
- Brand ambassador - ensure the clients brand values, personality and asset branding are represented when proposing and planning events, community relations and communication with all customers.
- Collaboration with the team on site-wide activation and socially impactful activities for occupiers to be involved in, such as volunteering
- Property Management support – assisting General Manager with general administration to facilitate good housekeeping at TBC.London
- A warm, welcoming, confident and friendly personality who has both the commercial, creative and operational ability to engage with suppliers and key contacts as well as the occupiers, visitors and clients
- Experience or can demonstrate the ability to create relationships the benefit social impact.
- Understanding of ESG in the built environment and how to integrate this with TBC.London.
- Strong passion for customer service and can do attitude.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills essential.
- Strong events management, including execution of risk assessments.
- Track record in delivery of valuable partnership opportunities.
- Experience in social media management preferable.
- Ability to learn the use of new software - including CRM and app content management system
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Capable of effective prioritisation, ability to work to deadlines and willingness to multitask when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A drive and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Confident to present ideas.
- A passion for the property sector and community-building.
Purpose of the Role
To build, activate and nurture a thriving community at TBC.London by driving engagement through events, partnerships, and placemaking initiatives that align with the building’s sustainable and people-focused ethos.
The Community Manager will enhance occupier and public experience, generate revenue through strategic use of spaces like the Urban Village Hall and Clubroom, and act as a brand ambassador for TBC.London by connecting people, places and purpose—digitally and in person.
